Run a Calm Feedback Review for Outsourced Website Design
A structured feedback review gives a design team space to resolve evidence, priorities, and conflicting requests.

Written comments are useful, but a short review can settle ambiguity that would otherwise create another round. The goal is a decision, not agreement on every preference.
Prepare the agenda
Group comments by page task, content, interaction, visual treatment, and technical dependency. Mark which items are corrections and which are new requests.
Ask for evidence
Invite the reviewer to explain the audience need, requirement, or observed problem behind a comment. Keep personal taste visible as taste so it does not quietly become a rule.
Decide in the room
The named owner should accept, change, defer, or reject each issue. Record the reason when it will help a later reviewer understand the choice.
Close with a short list
Write the accepted changes, owner, next check, and open risks. Remove duplicate comments from the next task record.

Frequently asked questions
Should reviewers prepare comments before the meeting?
Yes. Written notes let the meeting focus on conflicts and decisions rather than rediscovering every issue.
What happens to a deferred issue?
Give it an owner and a reason. A deferred item without a next action tends to return as an emergency.
