Create a Pricing Table Content Brief Before Visual Design
Align plan names, billing periods, feature meanings, caveats, and responsive behavior before outsourcing a pricing page.

**Published: September 7, 2026**
Pricing tables fail when decoration gets ahead of product facts. Give the design partner one approved source for plan names, prices, billing terms, limits, taxes, trials, renewals, and cancellation language.
Normalize the comparison
Write each feature in the same grammatical form and define what it includes. Separate true plan differences from explanations that apply to every customer. If a limit depends on usage, geography, or contract terms, state that dependency near the claim.
Clarify price presentation
Document currency, billing period, equivalent monthly calculations, introductory periods, and what happens afterward. Do not use a crossed-out price without an approved basis. The client commercial owner should approve every figure and qualifier.
Design for scanning and access
Establish update ownership
Link every displayed value to its owner and source. Add a review date and a fast correction path. Pricing should not be copied into several components without a synchronization plan.
