Choose printable journeys
Name the routes and states that matter in print. Define whether navigation, forms, videos, and promotional panels disappear, and whether URLs or timestamps need to remain visible.
Protect information order
Preserve headings, tables, captions, warnings, signatures, and identifiers. Specify page-break behavior for grouped content and avoid relying on background color to carry meaning.
Review real output
Use browser preview and a saved PDF at common paper sizes. Check margins, overflow, blank pages, link destinations, contrast, repeated headers, and confidential content.
